SOBRE A LEI E QUAISQUER EXCEÇÕES
Under Article 10(2) of the Family Code the minimum age of marriage can be reduced by one year with permission from the local executive power. Forms of religious marriage are performed in parts of Azerbaijan, but these are not legally recognised.
